Bob Stevenson

President & Professional Property Manager

Bob Stevenson is the President and Founder of Boston Proper, LLC. Bob brings 35 years of residential property management experience, specializing in single-family, multi-family, and condominium association properties. Additionally, Bob is both an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a NBC-CAM Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Bob's ability to quickly find quality tenants for his rental owners and his vast network of contractors allow him to provide superior customer service to both tenants and rental owners alike -- a cornerstone of his business. Bob lives in Somerville, MA with his wife Tammy and their golden retriever Cooper.

Tami Tourcott

CFO & Resident Manager

Tami Tourcott joined the Boston Proper team in 2002 spending nearly a decade in financial services. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Bentley University and achieved IREM's Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) distinction in 2004. Amy provides invaluable insight to rental owners by always keeping an eye on vacancy rates, ensuring that each property has the rental income necessary to operate each month while keeping rental rates competitive. A die-hard Red Sox fan, Tami lives in Boston's Fenway neighborhood with her daughter Amy.
